We offer quality plasma cutting services through the pairing of MG's Titan II burning machine and Hypertherm's HyPerformance HPR260 plasma torch system. Our plasma cutting system has the capabilities to cut steel ranging anywhere from 1/4" thick up to 1" thick. The HPR260 plasma cutting system can handle a maximum plate size of 10' wide by 20' long with a maximum weight of 5 tons.

Our arcwriting system has the ability to partmark any part with anything from part numbers, stud layouts, general text, and more!
Controlling our burning machine we have the Global Control + with a database of over 50 pre-made dynamic parts and shapes including but not limited to: flanges, baseplates, gussets, rings, and more. Need a more complex part or have your own drawing file? We are able to accept files of the following CAD type file formats: .dwg, .dxf, and .geo. Also, our programming department has all requirements in drawing up your parts for you if required.
