Thick plate needs? Our facility offers the services of MG's Titan II burning table machine. The Titan II has the capabilities to process your thick plate needs producing the quality parts that you and your customers deserve.
We are able to facilitate the burning of plates ranging anywhere from 1" thick up to 5" thick with a maximum weight capacity of 5 tons. The maximum plate size that our table is capable of cutting is 10' wide by 20' long. Along side our 3 alpha torches we offer the advantage of our plasma arcwriting system with the ability to scribe your parts with the data you require, whether it be part name/number, stud layouts, or more.
Controlling our burning machine we have the Global Control + with a database of over 50 pre-made dynamic parts and shapes including but not limited to: flanges, baseplates, gussets, rings, and more. Need a more complex part or have your own drawing file? We are able to accept files of the following CAD type file formats: .dwg, .dxf, and .geo. Also, our programming department has all requirements in drawing up your parts for you if needed.
